1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the bc6666 website, mobile-optimised site, and all related services accessible via bc6666.org. "Account" refers to a registered player account on the Platform. "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a player's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded under specific terms and conditions. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Account on the bc6666 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and a permanent ban from the Platform. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to you personally. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

bc6666 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. 4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your bc6666 Account. You must not share your login details with any third party, including family members, friends, or any person acting as your agent. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and bc6666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact bc6666 support immediately at [email protected]. bc6666 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon notification, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to the notification being received and acted upon.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed within your Account at the time of transaction.

Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and any winnings generated from such funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bc6666 Platform, including but not limited to the bc6666 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game assets, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bc6666 or its licensed content providers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any bc6666 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and terminates automatically upon closure of your Account or breach of these Terms.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Amendments to These Terms

bc6666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of these Terms, you must first contact bc6666 customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of the complaint and any supporting evidence. bc6666 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aims to resolve complaints within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause restricts either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief where circumstances require it.

15 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bc6666 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
